OUR PRODUCTION
Polymeric products manufactured by Automatic Group LLC are an element of food packaging, and therefore comply with strict norms and standards for packaging in contact with food.
Since 2015, the production has been certified under the FSSC 22000 certification scheme.
FSSC 22000 is an international food safety management system certification scheme, the requirements of which are based on the international standard ISO 22000:2018, HACCP principles and requirements for prerequisite programs, detailed in the technical specifications ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 for packaging production.
The implementation of FSSC 22000 in production demonstrates at the international level that the enterprise has a comprehensive management system that meets the requirements of the consumer and food safety regulators.
Product quality is controlled at all stages of the production process. Periodically, product samples are monitored for compliance with regulatory documents for products in terms of quality indicators, physicochemical and organoleptic indicators, safety of contact with food products, levels of migration to various media, bacteriological indicators, etc.

Automatic Group pays special attention to the issue of limiting any possible negative impact on the environment caused by our production activities.
We Use Solar Energy
70% of the total electricity consumption required for production is provided by our own solar power plant. Therefore, almost all products produced by us are created with the help of solar energy. Thus, our use of a small share of external electricity significantly reduces the use of hydrocarbons. For us, this is important, because we are significantly reducing the load on the energy system of our entire country.
We Sort And Control Waste
The company uses the ISO 14001:2015 standard. We carefully monitor the collection and sorting of waste and by-products resulting from the production and operation of the equipment, transfer them to the relevant organizations for subsequent transportation and processing. For the production of goods, we try to use mono materials, which makes it possible to process them without hindrance and create new polymer products.
We Create Eco Products
In addition to polymers, we use ECO raw materials for the manufacture of biodegradable and compostable products, such as bio zipper for craft packaging. The basis for raw materials is potato starch.
